Any Suggestions on Diatomaceous Earth?

Q: How are you. I have a D.E. filter which I backwashed a couple of weeks ago. Ever since then, I am finding earth at the bottom of the pool. I checked the gasket under the key way and it is good. That is it for you.

A: Greetings, nice to hear from you. There are different types of D.E. filters (diatomaceous earth). The one thing in common is that all of them have changeable grids.

It sounds like it is time for you to start checking all of them one by one and replace the ones that have holes in them. That is where your D.E. is slipping through. Ok, that will do it.
