Can a Very High Water Level from the Rain Damage the Swimming Pool Pump?
Question?
Q: Hi knowledge base. Glad you are here now. When the pool gets full from the rain, can it ruin the pool pump? All right now, this is our pending circumstance.
Good, this is my thank you note. Sweet job.

Greetings, thanks for your question. Ok, here we go. Sometimes, when the water level is so high, that it is close to the swimming pool coping, the skimmer weir door flips towards the opposite direction. Air gets into the pump and it looses prime. This is the only way the pool pump can be damaged. Install an overflow control to correct this problem. You can also remove the weir door temporally. Perfect, do consider it. Option complete.
Needing to run, the day is now complete. That is it.
