What to do About the Next Door Neighbors Loud Swimming Pool Pump?

Q: I know is early for a question. My neighbor next door has a very loud swimming pool pump. They are out of town for a weekend getaway. We are in touch, but they do not know what to do about it and left it to me to figure out. Can you tell me or give me advice on what to do? Give me something guys.

Here are our helping hands. All you can do is turn the pump off and wait for them to come back. The swimming pool should be shocked in a preventive way. Check for what kind swimming pool timer their system has to avoid it from turning on the next day. The Intermatic brand of mechanical timers has ON and OFF pins that you can remove. In this case, remove only the ON one. In other types, like Aqualink, look for a service button or off button. We are just helping hands.
