Can you Give me Some Key Elements on Passing Swimming Pool Inspection for a Foreclosure Home?
Question?
Q: Hi and good wishes staff. Need you to look at a good one. I am a Realtor trying to sell foreclosure properties, and the banks are having some difficulties passing inspections for the swimming pool. This makes it much harder on us to be able to complete the sales. Can you help with some ideas? Well, there is our summarized question.
In closing, many thanks. What a selection of Q&As.

Good day friend, thanks for the question. On to the answer now. Most of these pools that have been abandoned for more than 3 moths, require pump equipment renovation, and heavy cleaning, possibly acid wash. The banks holding the properties should perform these repairs. The sooner you get started, the sooner the pool is ready for inspection. There is in addition, a new safety Main Drain that is required by the Health Department. Remember that regulations and codes change constantly. Do some more homework.
Well done, you should get through. Coffee time.
In final, please spread the word. Progess means a bit of work.
