Q: Hello guys, I appreciate all you do. Several companies serviced my swimming pool in the past, sometimes with a lot of attitude problems from the service person. There must be a set of rules of conduct for companies regarding their employees when it comes down to customer satisfaction. What should I expect from my swimming pool technician? A tough one for me.

For example, when chemicals are added to your swimming poll water, it is important to let customers know about a waiting period for swimming. Other safety factors require the same attention.
