Ask Your Pool Question?

What Should I Expect from My Swimming Pool Technician?

Question?

Q: Hello guys, I appreciate all you do. Several companies serviced my swimming pool in the past, sometimes with a lot of attitude problems from the service person. There must be a set of rules of conduct for companies regarding their employees when it comes down to customer satisfaction. What should I expect from my swimming pool technician? A tough one for me.

You guys take good care.

Ross Reep (Destin Florida)

Answer!

A: Warmest greetings to all. Your swimming pool service technician has to be courteous. They must be willing to explain to you any questions you might have about your swimming pool experience. There should never be any assumptions about your swimming pool knowledge. We mean by this, that updates and information about your residential pool investment are an integral part of the service provided. For example, when chemicals are added to your swimming poll water, it is important to let customers know about a waiting period for swimming. Other safety factors require the same attention. Perhaps the way is now clear.

Life is like a box of chocolates.
